Katherine Haigh, South Staffordshire’s Risk Reduction Team

The ‘Big Lunch’ event is a national campaign which is designed to bring together the local communities. Anyone can take part and people can even raise money for charity at the same time.

Katherine Haigh from South Staffordshire’s Risk Reduction Team commented: "We are encouraging everyone who works or lives close to Codsall Fire Station to not be a stranger and to pop in and introduce themselves.

"People will be able to find out more about the work we do as a fire service, as well as just attending incidents, and also some of the projects our partners are involved with."
