A group of people are to receive fire safety talks and free home fire risk checks from firefighters following a chip pan fire last night on Balance Street in Uttoxeter.
Elderly Man Dies in House Fire
An 87 year old man has died in a house fire in Tamworth in the early hours of this morning; he is the seventh elderly person to die in a fire in Staffordshire this year.
