MORE Awards Winners


Members of staff from across Staffordshire Fire and Rescue Service are celebrating today after being rewarded for their hard work and commitment to the fire service.

Cllr Peter Davies from East Staffordshire and John Goosey from Staffordshire County Council are also celebrating after receiving awards at the MORE Awards ceremony last night.

The ceremony, hosted at The Moat House Hotel at Festival Park in Stoke-on-Trent, was held to recognise and celebrate the teams and individuals who contribute to a safer Staffordshire.

At the ceremony Nick Hancock introduced the finalists before the winners were announced by Chief Fire Officer, Peter Dartford and the awards presented by Chairman of the Fire and Rescue Authority, Cllr Len Bloomer. The winners all received a certificate and a glass star shaped trophy. All runners up received a certificate.
