Cannock Car Wash

14/03/11

Firefighters from Cannock will be taking part in a National Charity Car Wash this Saturday to raise money for The Fire Fighters Charity.

“Not only can members of the public get their car washed and do their bit for charity, they will also be able to request their free home fire risk check, to ensure they are as safe from fire as possible in their homes.”

Angie Leigh, Staffordshire Treasurer for The Fire Fighters Charity

Firefighters will be using their hoses to wash cars in a bid to raise as much money as they can for the charity! People will be asked to make a donation on exit.
The car wash will be held at Cannock Community Fire Station on Old Hednesford Road in Cannock from 10am until 3pm on 19th March.
