Christmas Carols in Codsall

Codsall Fire Station will be hosting a Christmas Carol Concert on 15th December from 6.30pm.

"It’s something we look forward to every year and it’s always nice to see the firefighter’s families joining in, as they are also members of our local community."

South Staffordshire Area Commander Keith Stubbs

South Staffordshire Area Commander Keith Stubbs will lead the service, which comprises of carols and festive readings. Codsall firefighters at will also perform a short play.

Family and friends of the South Staffordshire firefighters are invited to the service as well as older members of the local community. This year, Santa will also be attending and giving out goody bags containing chocolates, and winter safety leaflets from the Service and other partner agencies.

Area Commander Keith Stubbs said: "The carol concert is a yearly tradition at Codsall Fire Station for the family and friends of our firefighters and our older local residents to enjoy. Once the service is over, we’ll serve some mince pies and coffee and the firefighters will then be available to chat to the guests.

"It’s something we look forward to every year and it’s always nice to see the firefighter’s families joining in, as they are also members of our local community. The concert also gives us the opportunity to speak to our older local residents to make sure they’re ok and are keeping as safe as possible in their homes."
