Community Event at Tamworth Fire Station

An event will be held at Tamworth Community Fire Station next Tuesday evening hosted by Redeeming Our Communities (ROC). ROC Conversations will give local people the chance to discuss ways of working together in the community.

"It’s a real opportunity to explore how together we can make and difference and everyone is welcome to attend."

Staffordshire Police, local council members and church members will also be attending the event which is supported by the Stoke-on-Trent and Staffordshire Safer Communities CIC.

The event will include discussions and feedback sessions on new ideas and projects to benefit the local community. Staffordshire Fire and Rescue Service Community Liaison Officer, Ruth Haigh said: "ROC Conversations will be a brilliant event for everyone who wants to see a safer, healthier and more thriving community in Belgrave and Glascote.

"It’s a real opportunity to explore how together we can make and difference and everyone is welcome to attend."
