Firefighters Scrub Up For Charity

Firefighters from Uttoxeter will be holding a car wash on Sunday 14 October. The event will take place from 10am until 2pm at Uttoxeter Community Fire Station.

“Not only can members of the public get their car washed and do their bit for charity; they will also be able to request their free Home Fire Risk Check, to ensure they are as safe from fire as possible in their homes.”

Angie Leigh, Service Co-ordinator for The Fire Fighters Charity.

Firefighters will be using their hoses to wash cars in a bid to raise as much money as they can for The Fire Fighters Charity. Drivers will be asked to make a donation as they exit.
