Warning About Use of Candles
Staffordshire Fire and Rescue Service is again warning people about the dangers of using candles following another house fire. 
Wheat Bag Warning
Staffordshire Fire and Rescue Service has issued a warning over the use of heated wheat bags after a bag ignited the bedding of an elderly woman in Eccleshall.
StreetStadia Easter Event
A special Easter event will be held at various locations in Cannock, Rugeley and Hednesford from April 2 until April 14 between 3pm and 6pm by Staffordshire Fire and Rescue Service.

As snow is forecast to continue over the weekend, Staffordshire Fire and Rescue Service is warning people of the dangers of poor driving conditions and road closures. 
Fire Service Urges Help Us to Help You
With snow forecast to continue over the weekend, Staffordshire Fire and Rescue Service is reassuring people it’s business as usual but delays in responding might occur if snowfall is heavy.
The Service is urging people to call 999 in genuine emergencies only and to follow a few safety precautions at home to avoid the risk of a fire. 
Commendation Presentation
Three members of the public will be awarded with a certificate of commendation at a presentation evening tomorrow for their brave actions at a house fire last year.
Uttoxeter Firefighters Scrub Up For Charity
Firefighters from Uttoxeter will be taking part in a charity car wash event on Saturday 23rd March. The event will take place from 10am until 2pm at Uttoxeter Community Fire Station on Cheadle Road in Uttoxeter.
Long Service and Good Conduct Awards
Fire and Rescue Service personnel from across the County will be awarded for their long service and good conduct at a presentation ceremony tomorrow evening.
Stafford Firefighters Scrub Up For Charity
Firefighters from Stafford will be taking part in a charity car wash event on Saturday 16 March. The event will take place from 10am until 4pm at Stafford Fire Station on Beaconside in Stafford.
Warning Following Spate of Incidents
Firefighters have issued a warning to Staffordshire residents following an increase in chimney fires across the county recently and a number of fires which have been caused as a result of poorly installed solid fuel burners.
