INVITATION TO APPLY FOR THE FIRE SERVICE EXECUTIVE LEADERSHIP PROGRAMME (ELP 2017)
THE 10th Cohort will join us for ELP 2017 in January.
You may now therefore apply to participate in the Gateway Assessment Centre which will take place at the Fire Service College on 31st October and 1st and 2nd November.
Candidates for a place on the Programme will need to be available to attend one of these three dates.
More details about the ELP can be found on the Fire Service College website or the CFOA website. A total of 22 places are available for ELP 2017.
The Programme consists of five modules, each of three/ four day’s duration and is delivered by our academic partner – Warwick Business School, at the Fire Service College.
Candidates MUST attend all five modules the dates for which are;
On completion of the Programme and the assignments if successful they will be awarded a post graduate certificate in strategic leadership.
The Programme is open to all staff who are already in or likely to be in a strategic leadership position within the near future.
Candidates must be supported by their Chief Fire Officer.
