A charity ball held in September, attended by over 300 people, has raised more than £5,000 for The Fire Fighters Charity.
The event was held at Staffordshire County Show Ground on 25th September and commenced with an introduction from the Chief Fire Officer/Chief Executive of Staffordshire Fire and Rescue Service, Peter Dartford.
"The Charity is one we wholeheartedly support here at Staffordshire Fire and Rescue Service because of the support it provides to all of our staff, former colleagues and their dependants when they are in need."

During the evening guests were treated to a three course meal and enjoyed live entertainment from the Blue Sky Band.
Chief Fire Officer/Chief Executive Peter Dartford said: "The event was a great success and raised £5,230.50 for the Fire Fighters Charity."
The Charity supports members of fire and rescue services and their families during times of need, and assists over 13,500 individuals across the country every year, by providing pioneering treatment and support services.
It costs over £9 million every year to keep the Charity running, and with no government funding, they are completely reliant upon donations from the general public and fire community.
