The new community room at Cheadle Fire Station will honour the memory of local man Robert Kell who died tragically in 2007.
Watch Manger, Malcom Kell, will officially unveil the tribute to his son at a ceremony there on Tuesday.
"Robert grew up around the Fire Service so it’s a brilliant honour for him and the whole family."

It is hoped the Robert Kell Community Room will help develop the relationship the Fire Service has with the local community.
Organisations, groups and businesses can use the facility for their own events as well as meetings with Service officials on any issues of common interest.
Mick Daniels, Moorlands Assistant Area Commander, said: "We are honoured and pleased that the Community Room is being named after Robert.
"It has proved a real asset for the community groups and organisations that use it and it provides us with an opportunity to engage people and get some key fire safety messages across to groups who, perhaps traditionally, we may otherwise not have come into contact with."
Malcom added: "Robert grew up around the Fire Service so it’s a brilliant honour for him and the whole family.
"The support we have received as a family from Staffordshire Fire and Rescue Service has been tremendous."
The Robert Kell Community Room will be officially unveiled at 10am on Tuesday, December 8th.
The refurbished Cheadle Community Fire Station was officially opened in December 2008.
