A charity collection held in Cannock town centre will provide seasonal cheer for ill and injured firefighters and their families.
Crews on Cannock's Blue and Red watch spent two days mingling with shoppers at Cannock Shopping Centre collecting donations for the Fire Fighters Charity.
While taking the opportunity to raise awareness of fire safety in the home, particularly at Christmas, crews raised £556 for the charity.
Carl Mason, Assistant Area Commander for Cannock, said: "The collection was held over two days, December 15 and 16.
"We would like to thank Shopping Centre Manager, Natal Chapman, for her support, allowing firefighters into the venue to boost the charity and help get important safety messages across to the public."
