Firefighters called to fire at disused building

Fire crews were called to a fire at a disused building in Stoke-on-Trent.
Crews from Hanley, Newcastle and Sandyford were called to a fire at a disused two-storey building on Cobridge Road, Stoke-on-Trent, at 9.40pm yesterday (Thursday 19 October) with Staffordshire Police.
We found a roof well-alight and used main jets to extinguish the fire.
The fire has since been dampened down and crews remain at the scene.
