Firefighters extinguish car fire

Fire crews have extinguished a car fire on the A50 between Blythe Bridge and Uttoxeter.
Crews from Longton went to the A50 just before 5pm on Friday (12 January) and found a Jaguar well-alight.
The fire was extinguished just before 5.30pm using a hose reel jet and was deemed to be caused accidentally.
No one was injured.
