We have extinguished a van fire following a collision in Stoke-on-Trent.
Fire crews from Hanley and Sandyford went to Cobridge Road just before 9pm yesterday (Tuesday 16 January) following a collision involving a Ford Transit van and a silver Renault Clio. Our colleagues from Staffordshire Police, West Midlands Ambulance Service and Highways England also went.
When firefighters arrived, the van was well-alight.
We extinguished the fire by 10.30pm.
After making sure everything was in order, we left the scene.
