Staffordshire Fire and Rescue Service is remembering all those who lost their lives on the anniversary of the terrorist attacks in America on 11 September 2001.

Chief Fire Officer, Rob Barber, said: “As our nation mourns, today we also remember the 2,977 lives lost in the devastating terrorist attacks on America. We pay tribute to the 412 first responders—including 343 firefighters—who lost their lives in the line of duty 21 years ago.”
